Cantelope Milk Shake

Subject: Cantelope Milk Shake Wed Feb 04, 2009 8:33 pm

1/2 Cantelope cut in cubes please remove the seeds lol
1/4c-1/2c of evaporated milk
1/2-1c cubes of ice
1/4c of cubed silken or soft tofu (you won't taste it bc it absorbes the taste of the fruit)
3tbsp of sugar
1tsp of Vanilla extract if you don't have don't worry about it
Drop all the ingredients in the blender and mix until everything is blended together then serve

I can honestly say that I have never had a Cantelope Milk Shake before matter of fact never even heard of such a thing but I'll have to try it.

II just threw it together today I didn't want the Cantelope to spoil

LOL!!! I would have never thought of that! I would have just thrown it in a fruit salad or eaten it by its self.
