should tell u how my day was going when i got this one and almost didnt "get" it lol

a man and a woman are waiting at a hospital donation center.

man: what are u doing here today?

woman: oh, im here to donate some blood. theyre going to give me $5.00 for it.

man: thats interesting. im here to donate sperm, but they are giving me $25.00.

the woman looked thoughtful, and they chatted for a minute before going their separate ways.

several months later the same man and woman meet in the donation center.

man: oh, hi there. here to donate blood again?

woman: (shaking her head with mouth closed) unh unh

ummm, i guess the nicest way i can explain it is to say that the reason she doesnt open her mouth is because she is donating sperm too, and it isnt hers lmao
