LOVE HER! Haven't read The Host yet, and can't bring myself to read the chapters of Midnight Sun that she posted after the leak. I'd rather read the whole thing at once, instead of starting and being disappointed that I'll never get the rest. Definitely a must read author!

I'm with you Sue, I haven't read the chapters of midnight dun yet. I have the host here in my office, I haven't read it yet. But love the twilight series! I'm going to see the movie tomorrow night

I haven't even gotten out to the movie yet. Having to find a babysitter and all. Could use SIL, but then Keith needs to have time off work too.

Well it was only released here a month ago and although Tony said he'd take me, I know it wouldn't be his cup of tea! So going with the girlies instead

I told Keith the next time we had a "date night", which was supposed to be before Christmas, that we were seeing it. He looked at me, smiled and said, "Ok. Don't worry about it. You'll pay me back for seeing it with you." Shocked

I say, let him think what he wants. I just hope it's still in theaters when I finally get to go out.

The Host was good. It took me awhile to get into it, as it seemed to kinda drag at the beginning but later I was hooked and couldn't put it down til I was done.
Of course then the ending left me wanting a lil too tho. It seemed rushed. Like if she'd have moved the pace at the beginning the end would have had more time to be wrapped up better. IMO.
I had so many questions I wanted answered. I was really hoping she'd make a sequel to that. Maybe she still will if we pressure her LOL.

I think thats what put me off it in the beginning, I read about 20 pages and wasn't feeeling the urge to read more, but I must go back and try it again now that I know it gets better

Oh it gets better. The premise is really entertaining later on. Yeah I put that book down what 3x before I broke past the blah into the OoOoOo...

Oh wow I love Stephenie Meyer! I love the Twilight series and Host rocked. I hope she makes the Host into a series.

twilight series rocked! i cannot wait for the second movie thats due out in november. the host could have been better but was very interesting. i especially love how she ended it
